The story
The sixth season of the French animated television series Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir premiered on TFOU on 23 March 2025. It consists of 26 episodes.
After the death of Monarch, a new villain known as Chrysalis has taken the Butterfly Miraculous. Unknown to the heroes, Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste as Ladybug and Cat Noir, Chrysalis creates akumatized villains to battle them. Together with their superhero team, the Miraculers, they fight to stop her while also contending with a secret society that Gabriel Agreste was a part of.
Production
This season is the first animated with Unreal Engine. It replaces Autodesk Maya, used in seasons 1 through 5.
