Big Kids TV newsletter

We use your email address only to send the Big Kids TV newsletter after you actively subscribe and confirm your address. Our lawful basis is your consent. We do not buy mailing lists, sell your details or use newsletter tracking pixels.

We record when and how consent was given so that we can demonstrate your choice. Unconfirmed addresses are removed after 30 days. We keep your address while you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we remove the readable address and retain only a one-way suppression record so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter. You may also ask to access, correct or erase your information, or object to its use, by emailing pobox@bigkids.tv. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Who processes the information

Big Kids TV controls the mailing list. 20i hosts the website and its Stackmail service delivers requested newsletter and confirmation emails. It processes information only to operate these services for Big Kids TV.

Security

Email addresses are encrypted in the website database, access is restricted to authorised administrators, and newsletter exports and delivery logs contain only the minimum information needed.
