Teddy Trucks | The BBC Childrens Show Where Delivery Bears Got It There 🚚

A team of bears running a delivery company, a cafe called Rosie's, and a theme tune you'll never forget... sound familiar? 🧸🚚 Based on the best-selling books by award-winning author and illustrator Michelle Cartlidge, the show first aired on BBC1 from 4th January to 7th April 1994. It ran for one series of 13 episodes, each about 13 minutes long. Created by Michelle Cartlidge, written by Chris Allen, and directed by Derek Mogford, the show followed a business company of bears who drove trucks and delivered cargo. The voice cast included Carole Boyd and Jonathan Kydd, with a memorable theme tune by Kick Production: "If you wanna get it there, call the bear!" The characters included Boss Bear (the coordinator), Mrs. Boss Bear, Dusty (the secretary), Bella, Wilson, Jacko, Gerry (with his dog Nutley), and Rosie (who owned the cafe where the drivers took their breaks).
